Apple introducing Home app in iOS 10 for managing smart-home devices
Apple is making it easier to manage HomeKit devices. The company introduced a new app, called Home, that will allow people to manage their HomeKit-enabled devices from their iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Part of the upcoming iOS 10 release, the Home app takes advantage of Apple's new Siri and interactive lock screen features. You'll be able to use Siri with the Home app to control HomeKit devices and interact with devices from your lock screen. Apple says they have tons of support for HomeKit.
